  • I sincerely recommend Dave Capra for your mortgage needs. He will find the best deal possible because he continually monitors the market very closely for you. He always gives an HONEST assessment of what he thinks is the best deal out there and if you hire Dave you will have someone truly working in your best interest all the time.
  • I'm inherently a little skeptical of online lending, but Dave was wonderful to work with. I needed to clear the loan quickly because the seller was waiting to purchase their new home. He helped make the entire thing go smoothly in about 2.5 weeks. I also had a lot of questions about lending, which he was always willing to explain. It helped me learn more about lending generally, and make better comparisons between lenders. I'll be using him again for future loans, even at a slight premium, just because he's so easy to work with.
