I’m inherently a little skeptical of online lending, but Dave was wonderful to work with. I needed to clear the loan quickly because the seller was waiting to purchase their new home. He helped make the entire thing go smoothly in about 2.5 weeks. I also had a lot of questions about lending, which he was always willing to explain. It helped me learn more about lending generally, and make better comparisons between lenders. I’ll be using him again for future loans, even at a slight premium, just because he’s so easy to work with.
Our situation wasn’t the most complicated, but we certainly had many questions and wanted the best outcome. Dave was great- very professional, responsive to emails on the same day, and very knowledgeable of the market. I felt I could trust he was being completely upfront with me.
Working with Dave was fabulous. Our loan seemed uncomplicated, but when it came down to the final details, our lending company suddenly became complicated. Dave was up before dawn, and stayed later in the day to make it work. We probably wouldn’t have figured everything out without him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage. Fast, knowledgeable, and almost instant response time to my questions.
I worked with Dave Capra and he was very polite, direct, and quick to get things done. He was very helpful in answering questions. I was referred to him by a friend, and would refer him to anyone who is looking to finance or refinance a home.
I got a quote from Dave @ Redrock and he responded quickly with a Good Faith Estimate and explored some options with me. He was very proactive with communication and sent me several follow ups to check in. I did not end up closing the loan with Red Rock but will definitely keep them in mind next go around.

The process of refinancing took some time, due to unforeseen credit problems, the need for reappraisal, and deferred student loans. Dave was extremely patient with the complications and helpful with the entire process. Although I was nervous about not being able to meet face to face with someone while refinancing, Dave always either answered the phone right away or was quick to call right back. I would definitely recommend Red Rock Home Loans to my friends and family.
David sent me a GFE and explained that is was an estimate and there were variables that could change it. David was prompt on all documents that were in play. If I took a day or two longer David didn’t call to hassle or pressure me like other Home Loans I called before I contacted David from Red Rock Home Loans. David gets to the point and will get you the best deal he can even if it’s less of a gain for him. You can call other first to see for yourself.
